Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, you'll be receiving the original product you see in the picture. Our store offers a 7-day return policy in case you are not satisfied with the product you received. We only offer refund and exchange on unused products.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
You'll receive a sales receipt in your mail id within a few minutes of placing an order with us.
We remind you to check your spam folder if you don't see the mail.
How can I return an item?
To return an item with either the option of exchange or a full refund, follow the steps on our Return, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
We bring in a new stock of our products every 30 days. If you make a special request for a particular product or products, by leaving a message in our contact form or mailing us at contact@bathleisure.in, we'll make sure to restock your desired products.

Where can I ship my order?
No postal charges will be applied if you decide to return the order. You can ship your order back to us at this address:
